In 2012, Julia Harbridge FCCA joined Defence Composites as Finance Director, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in business models and accounting.
Today, Julia plays an integral role in product development, contributing to technical projects, certifications, and leveraging her knowledge to help drive the company’s continued innovation and success.

With over 10 years working in the body armour industry and strong commercial experience, she supports marketing, social media, and procurement, while coordinating key projects. Her relaxed, customer-focused approach helps build lasting relationships and keeps our clients coming back.

Jason is responsible for driving new business growth across the UK market, forging strong client partnerships, and developing bespoke body armour solutions that align with the company's core mission: safeguarding lives and providing peace of mind.
