The aim of this video is how to measure yourself correctly for when purchasing a Defence Composites stab vest.

Here at Defence Composites, we're proud that we're able to produce over 260 different sizes because we recognise the fact that not everyone is the same size, height, build or the same sex.

In order for us to be able to best fit the stab vest to you, what we do is we ask you to complete a measuring guide.

In order for you to complete this measuring guide it'll be best if you have someone else do the measurements of you. Have a tape measure with you so that they can measure you correctly and a pen in order to complete the form.

• Measure at chest height.
• Measure at the belly button level around the waist.
• Measure from the collarbone to the belly button and measure from the shoulder to the belly button level.
