Product Overview
The DC1010 UBAC is a slash-resistant underlayer developed for security personnel, law enforcement, and tactical units who wear body armour during operations.
Engineered with breathable stretch fabric on the torso and Kozane® Extreme fabric on the arms, it provides covert slash resistance where needed most, without restricting mobility or comfort under armour systems. Whether deployed in riot control, crowd management, patrol, or high-risk interventions, the DC1010 is your reliable base layer that keeps you protected and agile.

Supplex® is specially engineered by Invista to provide the soft, supple touch of cotton with the strength, durability, and performance advantages of nylon. Supplex® is as strong as it is soft, it is also breathable and odour resistant. With the advantages of a high-tech fibre and the natural beauty of cotton, the modern fibre construction draws moisture away quickly and efficiently to keep you comfortable when working hard, while its stretch capabilities allow maximum freedom of movement. KOZANE® EXTREME – SOFT ARMOUR TEXTILE
Weighing only 375 grams per square meter, the unique three dimensional knitted fabric combines a high-performance top layer with a soft polyester bottom layer for optimum comfort and protection. Offering the highest possible cut, tear and puncture protection according to the EN388:2016 standard, personal protective equipment made from Kozane® Extreme can effectively prevent serious cuts and lacerations.
